Originally from New Zealand, where I raised a family of four and built up a company which manufactured and marketed a product that now sells into fifty plus countries around the world, I moved to the U.S. in 1988 and have lived in The San Francisco Bay Area since 1989, moving south from San Francisco to the Palo Alto Area in 1991.  Through this process,  I have extensive inter-personal, business, marketing, communication and negotiating experience to back up full time involvement in real estate on the SF Peninsula since 1991.  Along the way, I have served on the local boards of the Housing Industry Foundation (grants for families threatened with homelessness now supported annually by the local Board of Realtors), Clara Mateo Alliance/InnVision (a founding director of the Menlo Park homeless facility) and the local Habitat For Humanity Committee.

I am a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Broker, having first obtained my California Real Estate License in 1991. Since then, I have represented clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Atherton, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, San Mateo, Burlingame, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Francisco & San Jose.  I stay as current as possible with knowledge of current listings, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
